Balanced Raigou Reppuu Ken damage, which was unintentionally high in the Normal version and low in the MAX version. Patch Note Corrections:
Reverted Ventose (LP) and Germinal Caprice (LK) properties to their pre-v1.62 states because they were behaving unintentionally.
Clarified that reduced recovery on Crouching LP was actually implemented in v1.62 but omitted from those notes.
