Assam is rapidly emerging as a digital innovation hub in Northeast India, driven by visionary policies and proactive governance under the Digital Assam initiative. With a growing IT ecosystem, expanding digital infrastructure, and a strong focus on e-Governance, the state is positioning itself at the forefront of India's digital transformation.
To further accelerate this journey, Elets Technomedia, in collaboration with the Information Technology Department, Government of Assam, is organising the National Digital Innovation Summit 2025 on 5-6 December in Guwahati. The summit will provide a platform for policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and technologists to deliberate on strategies to advance the state's digital progress.

The town of Harmony, Pennsylvania, had spent ten years trying to scrub the copper-scented memory of the 1997 Valentine’s Day massacre from its streets. But as the town prepared for its first February 14th celebration since the tragedy, a corrupted digital ghost flickered into existence on the local servers: .
When the local sheriff, Axel Palmer, received an anonymous link to the MKV file, he thought it was a sick prank. But as he clicked "Play," the reality of Harmony began to distort. The video wasn’t a movie; it was a live, high-definition feed of the town’s security cameras, filtered through a grainy, cinematic lens.
Tom, Axel, and Sarah—the woman caught between them—realized they were being directed. The killer was using the file's timestamps to lure them into the dark tunnels of the mine, turning the town's real-life trauma into a scripted horror show. In the flickering light of the headlamps, they had to figure out who was behind the camera before the final scene ended with their own names in the credits.
