Meanwhile, the adult Z-Fighters prepare for their own tournament entries, unaware that a much darker threat—Babidi’s minions—is already watching from the shadows.
As the bell rings for the final match, the atmosphere in the arena is electric. The crowd, unaware of the combatants' true heritage, expects a cute display of child’s play. Instead, they are met with a display of speed and power that defies human logic. Trunks and Goten waste no time, launching into a flurry of punches and kicks that blur before the spectators' eyes.
Trunks is declared the Junior Division Champion. While Goten is initially disappointed, the two quickly reconcile, their bond as best friends proving stronger than their rivalry. Mr. Satan, the reigning "World Champion," watches from the wings in a state of pure terror. As the winner of the Junior Division, Trunks is now scheduled to face Mr. Satan in an exhibition match.
